PEPPER

Pepper is the hollow fruit of a herbaceous plant with the same name. It belongs to the Solanaceae family and, in particular, to the Capsicum genus. Not many Solanaceae are edible. Among them we have peppers, tomatoes and aubergines, of great culinary importance.
